林克穎爭交保 法官改期開庭

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北17日電）英國蘇格蘭上訴法院原訂今天針對英商林克穎保釋抗告案開庭，但法務部轉述，今天並未開庭，法官改為18日開庭。

法務部表示，愛丁堡地方法院在當地時間5日針對保釋案開庭，林克穎曾聲請交保，但蘇格蘭檢方依我方提供的本案刑事確定判決、林克穎易容潛逃等證據為由反對交保，雙方言詞攻防，法官審酌後裁定駁回保釋聲請。

法務部國際及兩岸司表示，林克穎對此不服，向二審的蘇格蘭上訴法院抗告，法官原訂今天開庭審理抗告案，但臨時改為18日開庭。

至於引渡案進度，愛丁堡地方法院日前對此召開程序庭，林克穎委任律師又質疑台灣與英國無邦交，因此引渡備忘錄無效；更以證詞眾多待消化為由，希望能延後開庭，但法官都未採納，仍照原定計畫預計明年1月再開庭。

林克穎撞死送報生遭判刑4年確定，卻在發監前夕落跑，潛逃回英國，法務部與英國內政部在10月簽署「關於引渡林克穎瞭解備忘錄」生效後，英國警方逮捕林克穎，愛丁堡地方法院並裁定羈押，法務部隨後正式提出引渡請求。1021217
