特赦史諾登？ 白宮：不曾考慮

【國際中心／綜合報導】美國前中情局雇員史諾登最近被指有可能獲得特赦，引發外界關注，美國政府立即澄清，強調對史諾登處置的立場沒有變化，依舊會堅持引渡他返美受審。

負責調查史諾登洩密對美國情報部門影響的官員萊傑特(Richard Ledgett)15日在美國哥倫比亞廣播公司《60分鐘》節目中談到特赦史諾登的可能性，認為此舉可以減緩史諾登給美國情報機構帶來更多負面影響。希望以史諾登獲得特赦為條件，來換取他停止繼續對外洩露機密文件內容。美方相信史諾登仍掌握大量美國情報部門的機密文件，據稱這些機密文件達170萬份，已經公開的有關監控計劃應是機密文件中的一小部分。

白宮發言人卡尼(James Carney)16日表示，美國政府對史諾登的處理完全沒有變化，萊傑特的言論僅代表其他個人立場。
