豪宅稅新規定　賣3億帝寶需付5百萬稅

財政部昨宣布新增豪宅稅規定，只要雙北市房價超過8千萬元、其他地區5千萬元豪宅交易，沒有舉證成本，今年5月報稅就要認定售價的15%為獲利所得。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，財政部舉例，若以出售3億元的帝寶為例，過去可能僅繳1百多萬元的稅，但依照新規定，稅負估算超過5百萬元。財政部長張盛和強調，財政部不是要打房，而是要「健全房市，希望泡沫慢慢消氣，讓房市軟著陸，不要硬著陸。」財政部估計，豪宅稅將因新規定提高2至3成。不過豪宅住戶大表不滿，認為「羊毛出在羊身上，這樣只會讓價格更往上揚」。（胡治言／綜合報導）
