成大教師也怒了　要外界別管自家事

【辛啟松／台南報導】成功大學為了新廣場命名吵得紛紛擾擾，成大教師會今天召開會員大會，與會教師認為，行政部門沒有向學生會說明相關法規，導致事後風波不斷，校方應該公開道歉，至於外界頻以政治力量介入，且有人惡意破壞校園內招牌等，教師會以《大學法》呼籲各界尊重成大的自治性，不要企圖干涉。
 
成功大學教師會今天召開會員大會，對近日因校園廣場命名引起多方困擾與誤會，導致外界對學校頗有批評，教師會深感憂慮，特提出3點呼籲：
一、學校對校園命名訂有明確法規。此次命名活動之初，學校行政部門沒有向學生會完整說明相關法規，造成事後諸多紛擾，學校應公開道歉。
二、對於近日破壞學校財產之行為，教師會期以為不可。犯案者需要思考行為之正當性。
三、大學法案第一條：「大學應受學術自由之保障，並在法律規定範圍內享用自治權。」希望社會各界尊重學術自由及大學自治。
