杯王判離　「若肯道歉 仍可再婚」

「亞洲塑膠杯大王」潘慶瑞與妻子陳麗杏，2人為市值40億的瑞旗生物科技公司爭訟多年，也讓30多年的夫妻情斷。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，潘男提告指出，陳女趁他在中國昏迷時，將他名下8百萬股權轉移到陳女名下，去年8月奪回經營權後，隨即以陳女曾盜挪他8百萬股權、撤換他董事長一職並多次對他提告為由訴請離婚，陳女拒離，但新北地院認定雙方已無互信與尊重，且陳女責任較大，判准離婚。

潘男昨說：「深感未受尊重，才無可奈何提出離婚訴訟，但畢竟是三十多年的夫妻，兒孫成群，若妻誠意道歉，仍可再婚在一起。」（胡治言／綜合報導）
