更新電腦也有事　檢察長疑帳號遭侵辦小蝦

雲林地檢署資訊室2名員工去年8月為檢察官、檢察長更新電腦及例行性維修時，有檢察長懷疑個人帳號遭入侵，日前依妨害電腦使用罪起訴2名員工，引起司法界譁然，立即成為話題。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，雲林地檢署檢察長林綉惠認為，檢察官帳號被入侵，事涉地檢署內部資料及個資外洩，妨害電腦使用罪為公訴罪，多次詢問2名資訊員，他們均否認，由於不合緩起訴要件，才會起訴「警告」。有檢察官表示，法務部資訊處每天中午都透過遠端，更新全台每個地檢署檢察官的電腦，也未逐一徵詢檢察官同意，若要據此論罪，「應先從法務部資訊處人員先起訴吧」。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
