財長：台股還不是錢塘潮

美國量化寬鬆政策（ＱＥ）暫不退場，是否激勵台股？財政部長張盛和下午妙喻說，ＱＥ不退場是台股最大利多，但「台股現在還不是錢塘潮，動能還需要加強」；ＱＥ若退場，代表美國經濟動能回升，ＱＥ不退場，代表美國經濟動能還不夠，「退場是好事，不退場反而不是好事」。

至於ＱＥ退場，未來是否升息？張盛和說，國內資金供給很充裕，利息是資金供給和需求的關係，台灣雖然沒有ＱＥ，但我們的資金很寬鬆，ＱＥ退場，不一定會升息。

他也指出，ＱＥ是熱錢的問題，熱錢一直湧進新興國家，上次退場，導致泰國、菲律賓、印尼等新興國家的貨幣大幅貶值；熱錢本來就湧進湧出，台灣是小而開放的國家，但中央銀行總裁彭淮南把守很緊，熱錢對台灣的影響較小。
