　　於 9 月 19 日至 9 月 22 日舉辦的 2013 年東京電玩展中，於一般玩家參加日依例有許多喜愛 Cosplay 的玩家到場扮演成自己喜愛的電玩 / 動畫等角色來參與這場盛宴。

　　今年的東京電玩展 Cosplay 活動區域不同往年規劃，從慣例的 3～4 廳間的通道，移動到位於另一側 9 廳的外側空間供 Coser 活動，而新的區域區域寬廣許多，相比往年不論 Coser 可活動範圍或是民眾駐足拍照都舒服便利許多。
