〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕菜買回家,丟冰箱才保鮮?當心營養反而流失!美國一項最新研究就指出,將新鮮蔬果直接放進冰箱,原本新鮮的蔬果因為缺乏光照,可能打亂蔬果殘存的「生物時鐘」,讓營養價值大打折扣,不如擺在涼爽通風處,正常光照,才留住營養。不過,營養師強調,新鮮蔬果擺久營養都會流失,還是「趁新鮮」烹調下肚最好。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/zz3TDrIiiRg" height="1" width="1"/>
